Refund & dispute policy.
JustineAI™ products are digital subscriptions and firm licenses operated by Eve-Legal, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc.. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to stop future charges, and how billing disputes are handled. It does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
1. Refund eligibility
- Free trial. JustineAI™ offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You are not charged unless you start a paid subscription.
- Fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select. We do not refund partial periods, unused time, or unused seats, and fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
- Cancel to stop future charges. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for (see our Cancellation Policy).
- If we discontinue a paid edition. If we withdraw a paid edition you are subscribed to, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
- Firm and enterprise licenses. Refunds for firm or enterprise agreements are governed by the applicable order form or customer agreement, which controls over this page.
- Required by law. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Requesting a refund under this policy
If you believe a refund is due under this policy or under applicable law, email billing@mindhyve.ai from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. Where a refund is due, we issue it to your original payment method through our payment processor within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
3. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at billing@mindhyve.ai — a billing error is usually something we can correct faster than a card dispute can. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will respond with our transaction records. Dispute resolution is otherwise subject to the dispute provisions of our Terms of Service.
4. Changes to this policy
Purchases made before the effective date shown above are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of the purchase.
